Your role in the team:
Do you keep an overview and ensure that everything runs smoothly? As production manager at our scan center in Plötzin, you manage the entire production processes. You lead your team, optimize processes and ensure that everything works efficiently and without errors. Your job is to improve existing processes and implement new solutions to achieve our production goals. Management and management of the scan center — you ensure that the processes for digitizing incoming mail run efficiently and error-free.
You lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve top performance.
Optimization of production processes — you identify weak points and implement measures for continuous improvement.
You ensure that all documents are correctly recorded and digitized.
Coordination and planning of production processes — you ensure that all tasks in the scan center are completed efficiently and on time
You work closely with the IT team, customer support and quality assurance.
Responsibility for resource management — you ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to meet the requirements.

Experience in managing production processes. Ideally in the area of scanning, document management, or a similar industry.
Leadership skills, you know how to motivate, support and develop a team
Technical understanding — you have experience with digital documentation and scanning systems.

You can quickly identify and implement potential improvements.
You are able to communicate clearly and purposefully both internally and with external partners.
