Your role in the team:

Do you like to get involved and love to get things moving? As a production employee at the Scan Center, you are the engine that keeps our processes running. You are responsible for scanning and digitizing documents and ensuring that the entire process is efficient and error-free. In doing so, you pay attention to every detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of digitization. You make sure that everything is properly organized and processed on time. As part of our dynamic team, you will actively contribute to advancing digitization and optimizing our work processes. This is your adventure:

Scan and digitize incoming mail. You ensure that documents are transferred quickly and correctly to our system.

Preparation and sorting of mail and documents You check that all documents are entered and processed correctly.

You ensure that all documents are entered error-free and in the correct format

You check the quality of the scanned documents and ensure that no errors occur.

Close communication with the team — you work with other production staff to ensure a smooth process.

You ensure that all work processes are carried out efficiently and safely.

This is what you bring with you:

Experience in production or document management — an advantage, but not a requirement.

You work thoroughly and pay attention to every detail.

You enjoy working in a team and coordinate well with colleagues

Technical understanding: You are familiar with digital documentation or are ready to familiarise yourself with it.

Flexibility and initiative — you get involved, see what needs to be done and take responsibility.

You are flexible and interested in different working hours.
