Skills -

Very good knowledge of the following Node.js areas

Non-blocking I/O & asynchronous programming (callbacks, promises, async/await)

Node.js module system (CommonJS & ES Modules)

Node.js debugging and performance optimization

Socket.io for WebSockets and real-time communication

Skills -

Practical experience in the front end under VueJS

Adjustment of existing mask structures

Synchronization of interfaces between backend and frontend

Kafka integration: creating and processing Kafka Producer/Consumer

Redis integration (e.g. as a cache, queue, or pub/sub)

Bull queues for asynchronous job processing

Develop and manage cron jobs

S3 integration (file uploads, storage management)

PostgreSQL: data modeling, complex queries, optimization

Knowledge of TypeSense (search functions, indexing)

Integration and control of external services (e.g. AI Black Box)

System & tool knowledge

Very good experience in data modeling under PostgreSQL

SftpGo: Set up, manage and connect to the backend

Experience working with microservice architectures

Understanding event-driven architectures

Basics in architecture diagrams and system design

Knowledge of version control with Git (gitlab/GitHub)

Experience with cloud environments (AWS or comparable services)

Extensive practical experience in authentication & security

Ability to quickly understand complex architectures

Independent and structured way of working

XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, rate limiting

Protecting sensitive data

You live in Berlin or are ready to move here — both are a prerequisite because our office is local
