This is your adventure:

You answer calls and convince new customers of our products and services.

Existing customer support — you maintain and strengthen contact with existing customers, answer their questions and help with concerns.

Advice and resolution of customer inquiries — you will find the best solutions and provide valuable information about our products and services.

Documentation of customer interactions — you ensure that all relevant information is collected correctly and completely

Proactive customer contact — you answer questions and follow up regularly with existing customers to promote long-term relationships.

You coordinate closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.
