This is your adventure:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the associated evaluations and reports.

Budgeting and forecasting — you ensure that we always keep track of our finances

Analysis of financial data and performance indicators to identify optimization potential.

Involvement in the implementation of controlling tools and processes to increase efficiency.

Preparation of ad hoc analyses and recommendations for action for management.

Close collaboration with other departments (e.g. finance and tax departments) to optimize business processes.

Monitoring cost structures and ensuring compliance with budget requirements.

This is what you bring with you:

Experience in controlling, ideally in a dynamic environment (e.g. startups, medium-sized companies)

Profound knowledge of accounting, budgeting and financial analysis.

Safe use of controlling tools and MS Excel (knowledge of BI tools is an advantage).

Analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers — you see the connections and find the right conclusions.

Understanding of business processes and procedures.

Structured way of working, organizational talent and self-employment.
