Your role in the team:

You know how to address the right target groups and use innovative concepts to increase both brand perception and employee engagement. Development and implementation of marketing strategies, both for our products and for our employer brand.

Create and execute campaigns — from the idea to the analysis of the results.

Management of social media channels and online marketing measures

Employer brand development and maintenance through target group-oriented personnel marketing measures.

Coordinating recruiting campaigns to attract talent and future employees.

Creating content for our career pages, social media and other communication channels.

This is what you bring with you:

Experience in marketing and personnel marketing — you have already developed campaigns and promoted the branding of a company.

You can develop new ideas and implement them with clear messages.

You can communicate successfully with various target groups (internal and external).

Experience with social media, content marketing, and digital marketing tools.

Strategic thinking — you understand the needs of target groups and develop measures that deliver results.

Team spirit and initiative — you enjoy working independently and in a team.

Affinity for HR topics and a good sense of what makes an attractive employer brand.

Experience in drafting employment contracts and onboarding new employees is an advantage.
